- a 3-Day Food Record document we request you complete
- Nutrigenomix Test Kit with return envelope
Upon receiving the test results we will:
- Book a 30minute phone call to review the Nutrigenomix Test results
- Design a custom, genetic based meal plan that will last 3+ months without needing an adjustment
