Food Industry: Are They To Blame For The Misleading Messages?

Dr. Yoni Freedhoff, Assistant Professor as the University of Ottawa, was supposed to give this presentation at a Food Industry breakfast meeting but 3 days before the meeting, he was asked not to show up.
Childhood obesity levels are on the rise, as we all can clearly see, but what are the exact reasons? Can and should the Food Companies be held partly liable for this? Please share your thoughts below. We would appreciate your feedback after watching this video.
